Festival Vendors
The vendors and vendor footprint help to shape the festival's 3 distinct zones: Earth, Water, and Air. Alongside the zone-specific attractions, the vendors' presence helps in creating more immersive and cohesive zones. The vendors placed in each zone are thought out in advance, based on their content and submitted booth space layout.

The festival committee Vendor Chair works closely with the Festival Director and Scheduler to create as efficient and effective a layout as logistically possible. Because of Winged Deer Park's natural terrain, this can be difficult and some vendors may be placed in unfavorable areas. Due to Johnson City's requirements for health and safety inspections, final booth set up time is determined by the county Health Inspector and city's Fire Marshal. This time is not arbitrarily set by festival staff.
Please understand that we take great care in accommodating our vendors' needs to the best of our abilities. It will never be perfect, but we can certainly come close.
